There are two types of attitude.
Positive or Optimistic attitude
and Negative or Pessimistic Attitude.

- Problems: Positive attitude looks out to solve problems. Negative attitude on the other hand creates problems.
- Emotions: Positive attitude emits joy, peace, love, hope. Negative attitude emits envy, jealousy, irritation,hopelessness,despair.
Opportunity: Positive attitude sees possibilities and takes opportunities. Negative attitude sees limitations and shrinks at opportunities

When I was diagnosed with a serious health condition ,several years ago,I was initially devastated.
I felt that my whole world had come to an end.
I had to surround myself with positive thinking people .listen to uplifting podcast,read positive thinking books .
Think of how I could help anybody in the same situation.
Having this positive mental attitude greatly improved my predisposition to my condition at that time.It really helped me to recover faster than normal.

I say that success has come to me ,because I worked hard with A POSITIVE MINDSET.
